Mass Regent Industries Limited is a Hong Kong based company specialty in plastic and metal jewelry accessories for adult, children, and DIY toy products. Our China production facility located in Dongguan and is named as “Dongguan Weili Jewelery Products Company Limited” . This plant  is certified in ICTI Ethical Toy Program  (seal number: C001944),  ISO9001 and ISO14001. We are in the industry for over 30 years and have stable business with reputable toy companies and retailers. The products were shipped globally. Our mission is to deliver quality and safety products to the customers within a sustainable and safe manufacturing environment.

The factory have different kinds of plastic injections tooling and metal stamping machines which can provide customers a wide selection of imitating jewelry for adult, various doll accessories and DIY toy products for children. Meanwhile, for solid background in engineering, the factory can manage different projects consists of plastic and metal components. By sophisticated project management skill of technical staff, the factory can support customer’s projects in quick turnaround time line. Meanwhile, the factory can provide technical and quality inputs to customers to incorporate customer’s design into manufacturing with compliance in product safety.
